Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping

  • Most orders of in stock parts and equipment will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Planet Gauge & EZ Wheel orders will ship within 5-7 business days. If you need your item by a specific date please contact us to confirm.
  • If you need to order an item that is out of stock please contact us.
  • Some items ship directly from manufacturer (indicated on product page), please contact us for availability and shipment time frame.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

    International Shipping

    • We can only accept international orders via fax or phone at this time.
    • Planet Gauges, EZ Wheels and most small parts can be shipped internationally. 
    • To place an international order, please download our Order Form and email info@fallspercussion.com.
    • Any additional taxes or fees that may be charged after the sale when picked up at customs or at the delivery are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the international customer.

    Shipping Address Errors

    • If an address is entered incorrectly by the customer or if the package is undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any incurred fees. Please check to be sure you are providing your correct delivery address when placing an order.

        Returns

        We ship all merchandise as ordered and make every effort to accurately describe and portray the condition of our used equipment. If you are unsure if a repair part will fit your instrument please email us with a picture of your instrument, model name and number and describe the issue.

        We accept returns for exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding any shipping charges) with 20% restocking fees. There are time limits to return items - please see blow.

        All returns require a Return Authorization number - Please download our Return Form and send to us via fax 973-244-9915 or email sales@fallspercussion.com to obtain

        Percussion Parts & Planet Gauge, EZ Wheel & Grand Stand  return requests must be made within 14 business days of receiving your item and sent back to us within an additional 14 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

        Used Equipment return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving your item and sent back to us within an additional 14 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
