The Planet Gauge is Falls Music Co’s proprietary and patented timpani tuning gauge for accurate tuning and durability.
The gauges are simple to install and are located directly in front of the player for easy visibility. We also offer a custom protective gauge cover that clips on easily to prevent tampering.
On this model, the initial set up requires removal of the drum head to install mounting hardware on the shell of the timpani. Once installed, if the timpani needs to be broken down for transport, the gauge can be dismounted from the outside of the drum with 2 simple finger knobs and does not require the head to be removed.
Available for: Ludwig, Ludwig Universal, Adams , and Yamaha Timpani.
